We all know that Pokemon have a huge fan base and with the launch of Pokemon GO I started to promote it. I'm using different monetization methods but I have problems with one of them.

Method is simply... I made some t-shirt desings, uploaded it to Merch Amazon and made a few sales in a couple of hours but Amazon removed it for copyrigth issues.

Someone can guide me on how to get that license? Price? For other companies is similar? Easier?

You would have to contact Nintendo, and it would likely be very expensive & hard in order to get the trademark rights in order to sell those t-shirts unfortunately. And if you were to sell it somewhere else, they could sue you for copyright infringement. :(

If you made a few million off of those shirts, the celebration would be short-lived.

Nintendo would find out about it.. and sue the SHIT out of you!
