    I see them all over the net for cheap...I want one I can load on my wife's computer...something she can use from start to finish..getting into in published form.

    Any ideas appreciated...

    I'll let her create it..then I'll do the marketing...

    Thanks!

    DREAMCHASR, if you want something she can use "from start to finish", you probably can't go past the Open Office Suite. She can compile the whole thing and then convert it to a PDF when finished.

    Best part of all . . . it's FREE!

    It's a big download (120meg) may be best to order it on a CD (I did)
    Start here --> 3w.openoffice.o..rg
    If you want a .exe creator, give me a yell.

    Hey DREAMCHASR... I'm in complete agreement with newsman. Back when I didn't know any better, I was looking for a fancy ebook creator program too. Then someone suggested that I download OpenOffice. At first it was intimidating because I'd never used anything but Microsoft Word. But after I started playing around with it, it was a dream.

    Like newsman said, it's completely free. I've created countless ebooks with affiliate links throughout, images, fancy bullets, footer links, color backgrounds, etc. And when I stumble, I just hit the help button and search for the solution to my query.

    OpenOffice will even allow you to secure your PDFs in the manner you choose or if you need your ebook to be password protected. It will also take a Word document and convert it after a little tweaking.

    Try it out... I bet that you'll love it!
