    Hi guys,
Like some of you, my SAPE sites got hit a while back.

Im thinking about using a different High PR link provider but i want to go about it a different way.

My question is, is it better to point the High PR link to the money site or to a Tier 2 Web 2.0?(such as a wordpress subsite or something similar?)

Any one got any experience in comparing the results of them both?

I would point them at the money site. If this is a site you want to make into an authority, I would put them to the web 2.0

My general rule is, if the high PR links aren't good enough for tier 1, then don't use them at all. It's a waste of money pointing them to tier 2 and won't yield much results.

As is the case with most SEO, test it. Now that Penguin 2.1 (or whatever) is rolled out, whatever is working now will work for the next 6-9 months or until the next major update comes out. I know some people experimenting with 0% exact anchors and tons of web 2.0s to their money site (to build trust/authority) and then blasting the T2 web 2.0s with high PR links and exact match anchors for their money terms.

Based on the feedback I get from the SEOs I network with, Google is looking at the links pointing to the domains that point to you/your money site. In short, they're looking at relevance even more now. So, depending on how many T1s you want to use, you could buy brand new domains, fill them with relevant content, then hit those with the PR links. This would pass juice from a relevant site (content and links pointing to it) while spreading out the PR (a 100 link package would send 10 links to domains instead of 100 to 1 domain = less likely to get penalized). For the most part people have been buying domains that had link juice regardless of where the links were coming from, then converting them with relevant content. But in Google's fight against private blog networks they may be catching onto this strategy. And of course this is all supposition, I have no idea what Google's algo is.

If your main keywords are optimized at below 10% for your money site, go for SAPE. If not wait and diversify your anchors more.

Or just be on the safe side and use 'em on Tier 1. Build some high quality web 2.0s with unique content and send SAPE to them.

    Thanks guys,
Exactly the kind of info i was needing.

I think im going to try pointing them to the tier 2 for a month or so and see how it affects anything.

Ill probably do a post on the results.

If it doesnt have any affect after a month then ill move them to the money site.

I know it usually takes more than a month for SAPE to fully kick in but ill see how it goes.
