Is This Correct Or my Competitor try To Stop me Bez my Site is ranked on First page.

Check the emails source. In it, you'll be able to see where it actually came from and whether or not the email address used was a fake.

Well its simple,

Are you using a Trademark in your domain name?
Is the Trademark in your domain name from a BIG brand company?
Did the email come from a recognizable source?

If all of above are correct then take down the site immediately otherwise you will get sued and they will contact your host provider and Registrar to remove the site anyway.

They are a legit company in the Reputation Management and Brand Protection business, the domain that the email came from is owned by this company:

Code:
http://www.brandprotect.com/

According to their website they have an automatic system that issues Cease & Desist notices, with follow up reminders but apparently don't do anything else. I would worry about it when the actual company who owns the brand contacts you.

EDIT: Out of interest, whose trademark have you infringed upon?

Thanks ChaRoN.StYx i Think you are right bez then i open his domain (legal-notification.com) the domain is not working i think he use some auto system

Thanks a Lot

I wonder... could you block the IP address they use to scan and prevent them from seeing your site? Or maybe cloak it?

you need to check if trademark is actually registered worldwide. If not, like registered in USA or Europe, move your site to other country and forget about it.
If it's registered worldwide, hide your whois details, change registrar email and move you site to other host at the same time.

And remember, what ever happens, don't drop your domain, it belongs to you.

i check who.is of that domain (legal-notification.com) i find

Administrative Contact:
Registration, Domain (domainmanagement @ brandimensions.com )

But then i open That Domain (brandimensions.com) he redirect to (www.brandprotect.com) main site he use redirection system

Yeah, that would definitely be possible, all you'd have to do is check your logs and see if there were any strange bots accessing your site that you wouldn't expect, and block IP addresses from "Mississauga, ON L4W4T9" (where their offices are). You could block their bot through the robotx.txt (if theyre courteous enough to obey that ofc) or just block the IP directly.

I've never had to do that before though, so I couldn't give a step-by-step process, but perhaps someone else would be kind enough to. :)

According to the whois they have 8 domains hosted on the same server. I can't see them because I don't have an account at domaintools.

best way is to follow what the email says buddy.. you might end up on jail if you wont abide by them. since you know that it is legally owned and a legit one, you should email them and follow what they say. And charged this to your experience. so the next time you start a new site, you know what to do. :)

thanks for all feedbacks i reply him still i am waiting his reply so then i take any action.

Thanks

This. You violated their copyrights by using a copyrighted domain. You are in the wrong here. They already have the information they need to identify you since they've contacted you so switching registrars now is pointless. Abandon the domain and don't make the same mistake again unless you are prepared to deal with the consequences of getting caught.
