A: We only guarantee daily updates of your social media accounts. Audience growth is not promised.
Q: Are you going to post it all at once or you will drip feed it?
A: It is totally up to you. We can post once a day on your Facebook and Instagram account. We can post twice a day or more.
Q: What information do you need from me?
A: We need your login details and materials so that we can create graphic images for you. Or, you can grant us access to your FB page.
Q: What time and timezone do you post our approved content artworks?
A: We post your content during peak hours.
Q: Is there a long term contract?
A: No, you are not tied in a long term contract. We charge monthly for the Standard and Business package. We charge Corporate package every 2 months.
