Plugins to replace easy privacy policy and wp-spam free help?

Can anyone recommend wp plugins to replace easy privacy policy and wp-spam? I am trying to get back into IM and these use to be my goto plugins. If you do recommend, please list optimum configs or changes that might need to be made.
