Plugin To Manage Affiliate Links?

Is there any type of wordpress plugin that will allow me to manage affiliate links on posts, pages, etc..

What I mean is something like this. Lets say I have a blog and I write 250 posts for it, each with one or two affiliate links and/or pics linked with affiliate link. I need an interface or a way on wordpress where I can mass edit all links that point to the same page at once or many links pointing to the same site/page at once. This way if I decide to sell the blog, the affiliate links can be easily edited to the person's affiliate links in a much quicker way.
