plugin that replaces garbage text with useful search engine friendly keywords

    what is the plugin that replaces this in wordpress blogs with other words instead of the default crapp words... i know it is a plugin that can replace with real deal keywords to make ur blog more search engine friendly... please point a noob to the direct post if this was already posted already... ^_^

    xxx.example.xom/?p=1

    xxx.example.xom/?page_id=2

    xxx.example.xom/?m=200901

    to
    xxx.example.xom/sandiego-black-singles

    xxx.example.xom/sandiego-asian-singles

    xxx.example.xom/sandiego-white-singles

    It's not a plugin, but in the settings. I think it's under Settings->Permalink, and then you change to custom format and type in:

    %postname%

    No plugin needed.. permalink settings are the first thing you should change in wordpress.

    This is already built in the wordpress...

    Just use settings->permalinks

    (remember the .htaccess file in the root folder to rewrite the urls )
