All of these domains: .ru, .su, .to, .cr, .ch, .is, .org
Domain registar (Important): Njal.la for all domains whois anonymous and payment anonymous
Flokinet.is for freedom speech projects and anonymous payment.
EasyDNS for .org domain extension (they don't suspend without a valid court order, only .org)

i check njal.la, seem like all extension they do offer too..

Yes they have all extensions, but avoid .com, .net. .Org is OK.
Of course .to, .cr, .ru and .su are much better dealing with DMCA complaints.
