Plimus refuse my payment

    Plimus are unable to approve my order because some time ago i requested refund from a seller which is scammer and now they refuse my payment via paypal

    reason: Existing Chargeback.

    can i trick them with fake paypal account or [payment method] with my credit card

    Vendors are required by Plimus to resolve or at worst process refunds (if customer still wants it) within the first 30/60 days period, so you could simply have made a dispute, and you would have gotten the refund without being blacklisted in Plimus. They have to try protect themselves since orders with stolen credit cards and similar frauds are pretty pervasive :)

    But yes, if you got scammed, I understand that you went for chargeback route. Anyways, the developer you are trying to purchase a product from, doesn't he offer an alternative payment method? that is usually how I do it with my customers in similar situations
