    Hi there.

I recently started using plimus on one of my sites. It's all good but I don't quite understand their monitor-function. What does a sale look like?

I got a few of these:

Is that a sale? Or did he cancel at the creditcard-page?

    regards.

You definitely need to contact them since those stats are difficult to understand

Check out your plimus account to see how much amount is credited.

Just to let you know, plimus actually rings up the purchaser to check if they bought it, so sometimes it can look like a sale but end up being cancelled, so if you are sending goods manually becarefull, make sure the sale went through first.

Yea, you should be able to check directly in your account. More money in your account is obviously a sale, or sales...

I used them before, as merchant, as well as promoting them, but they screwed me royally and I had to call a lawyer to contact them to get my money back from them.
I would be very careful with them especially when you have above 4-5 thousand to collect from them. I will not promote nor have something to do with Plimus.

    Cheers,
    J

Well, to the question, Why Not Look at your Balance and Judge if the Purchase was complete :D Just a Quick Way Though!

To the original poster, ditch Plimus and ditch them quick. I can't tell you what a ****ing nightmare as a buyer I have had with Plimus. I'm far from a scammer and have had many transactions simply DENIED for no apparent reason what so ever. I've tried calling, asking why, and simply having the reason be that they denied the purchase.

I now simply avoid ANY product that uses Plimus. Chances are I'm not the only one. I make online purchases on a daily basis bc of my job, and like I said I won't make purchases through Plimus.

Can you please say how much (aprox.) did it cost you to have the lawyer contact them?
Message me please if you prefer that instead.
My payment has been on hold by almost 3 months now. If nothing happens on the next payment cycle, I want to get a lawyer too.

For other people reading this post: go read the license agreement, if you haven't(I didn't initially!). It states they can hold your money for 1,2,3 or even 6 months but for no clear reason.

They keep saying that they do it because of eventual refunds\chargebacks from the buyer of your product.
However, when I asked them when exactly they will send the payment, they said they are not able to tell me so. It's ridiculous.
I've been promised few times now it will be fixed.

    Thanks!
