Please help me with few of your thoughts.
I have a buyer who is not sure about paying through Plimus because their not familiar with it. I'd like to hear OBJECTIVE opinions, from first hand if possible.
My opinion is not objective since I'm selling through them because that would be the only way for buyer to pay through paypal.

I only purchased through them once if I recall correctly, and when I opened a dispute because the CL account I bought was already used, they negotiated between me, and the buyer, and I got my money back.

I can understand you. I had many problems with Paypal and when i created my first ebook i was thinking about how can i receive the money? Paypal? No way... So i found Plimus and i setup everything with plimus. My conclution is that people like to pay via Plimus, they have a great support to refunds and its easy and quick.

Do you want to forget Paypal and start with Plimus? Go ahead!

People are ok with plimus and even sellers. So i think if you have a high volume of purchases you should consider plimus then.

Buyers are way more familiar with PayPal, so I guess PayPal would get you more conversions.

I am using them for about 2 months now.. When I made few first sales it took few days for them to manual check transactions... Then they call buyers on their phone.. Some of my customers were not happy with that... And the last thing, withdraw of money is possible just one time a month... I am looking to go with 2co in future, with them you can withdraw money one time a week..

Me myself would let the buyer choose which option they want, but since in Croatia they still haven't enable money accepting, if a buyer wants to pay with paypal I can only use Plimus.

    Thanks for your opinions!

Yeah, I think you're the one suggested them to me on EM EM DEE. I remember your nick :D

And yea, I'm not much of a fan talking to some random staff person on the phone from the other side of the world, myself. But hey, if its for extra safety it's a good thing.

I am from Croatia too and that is the reason I am with Plimus too.. And it is free to setup... As I said I am going for 2CO soon... I heard they are better but setup fee is $50...
