Ok, it was a hasty post. Basically it is going to the order page, processing well and than it doesn't complete the transaction.

What is your take on protection from disputes/fraud also?

the trouble with plimus is that, it'll charge back the amount paid to customers unless its acceptable to them.

Ive had a few chargebacks on plimus in the last few months. And the product is a NON-refundable product. Not to mention my cut of the transaction is normally $30-$50 each. I tried emailing them about it but its useless. They try to give a generic reply.

I regularly test my aff links to make sure they are on the ball.

Delete cookies, click on your aff link, go through the order page and put in dummy info so you error out. Then log into your plimus account to make sure it shows up in the logs.

Plimus isnt the best.. by a stretch... but a few products I need to have are in their program.

Did you know that the Affiliate cookie lasts 1 year for plimus products. A whole Fucking year. That is crazy. If a buyer goes to the publishers page or through another affiliate link they have the customer locked in for a whole year... unless of course they delete their cookies or get stuffed somewhere else. I actually dont like this at all.

I am making some $ through plimus however.

Today I signed up for a decapturer account (Capture Reading Service) and the payment process was Plimus.

Step 1 - Fill out the contact info form

Step 2 - Choose payment option (I chose paypal)

Step 3 - Bounce to paypal log in and hit pay.

Step 4 - Bounce back to plimus to see a message saying "Your paypal address doesnt match the email you provided to us. You will be getting an email shortly with instructions on how to confirm your email address. Failure to confirm your email address will result in this order being canceled. (This isnt word for word but you get the idea). I have 50 email addresses so NO SHIT i didnt sign up for the service with the same email address as the one I use for paypal.

Step 5 - I go to my email and find their email with a conformation link to click.

Step 6 - I click on the link and go to a plimus page that says. Thank you for confirming your email address. Your order is being processed and will take up to 24 hours to be approved.

WTF - What is there to approve? I paid with my paypay account, from the US, with a US credit card. Its been 2 hours and I just logged into my decapturer account and STILL NO FUNDS!!!!!

Plimus is a bit uptight. I dont blame them for being cautious, BUT, let the regular people with 100% valid transactions get what they paid for.

    Just my 2 cents.

    Home Page:
I use plimus to accept paypal funds, I charge my client for $100 service fee and ask him to pay via plimus

He then redirected to my Plimus cart where he ask to fill a form like name address country phonenumber.

After filling the form he then redirected to choose payment mode. he select Paypal and purchase my service.

When someone pay via Paypal to Plimus, Plimus call your client on the given number that he provided in the form to verifythe purchase order.

It was Friday and Plimus didn't contact my client to verify payment. after 5 days with 4 email that why they are not contacting to my client for phone verification and when will i get Funds on my Plimus account.

After 5 Days. I don't know plimus contact my client or not but i receive funds on my Plimus account.

I hate the phone verification of Plimus but they do.

Beside Plimus. 2checkout take 2 days to verify payment. And if your client purchase with unverified Paypal address then 2checkoput will refund them and you will get a mail that fraud review failed. So i don't recommend 2checkout.

    Plimus is slow.
