    so guys
    here is my plan
i'm gonna hire 4 guys to write content for me
i'm gonna keep making website on difffernet niches, maybe around 40 to 50 different niches.
i'm gonna ask them to write content to these websites daily,.
i'm gonna hire 2 guys for backlinking only.
    everything's gonna be whitehat.
so , i ll pay sallery to my 6 employs, every month,
i'm gonna do keyword research most of the time myself, monitor the thing, Keep an eye on stats ..
SO what u guys think, is it advisible?
Do you guys think there is potential in this method
i'm not gonna use any blackhat thing. as i hv learnt in past few years that content is king. so i'm gonna go for it

    Your point of view please

    cool enough.. go ahead..
just a suggestion.. don't start 50 things at once.. start with 6 at first so that your employees can handle the stuff easily..

then scale it up and plan the work division so that you dnt have to bother about the quality links and other stuff.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks

There's a really good writer you can find. Her name is Natasha Nixon and she writes really good articles for really low rate.

Good plan, i would advise to check for aged domains for these site, it can save time for ranking, and also check your writers really well before you choose them

What is your budget for this project?

I would start with 1-2 websites and test the concept/process before scaling up. I think the biggest hurdle will be for you to find niches that are a. not saturated and b. will attract enough attention to make putting out all the content profitable.

-where/how do plan to research/find the product/category niches?
-Where do plan to hire your writers from and for how much?
-where do you plan to get backlinks from and for how much?
-How do you plan to monetize each site?

I think once we get some basic answers to the questions above we can paint a better picture on if this plan may work or not. Pushing content and monetizing new websites is no where near as easy as it once was. Best of luck to you and do keep us posted on the progress of the projects.

So here are the few answers
-where/how do plan to research/find the product/category niches?
well, i wud use traffic travis/MNF/MS and few other tools. i'm not afraid of competition as such. i ll just concentrate on quality.

-Where do plan to hire your writers from and for how much?
i would get locals.. n wud pay them monthly. I think its gonna take time for them to learn. i wud pick those with good english and good writing skill.

-where do you plan to get backlinks from and for how much?
Backlinks.. wud do it all manually. wont go for any blackhat tool via backlinking. would try to hire someone for that.

-How do you plan to monetize each site?
Plenty of stuff.. as i hv learnt in IM. i wont put my all eggs in one basket.. i would use Adsense/CPA/CB/ plus i would try to launch my own products in next few months as well.

The thing is, i'm gonna take it more seriously. i know i have to spend alot on that. but i really see potential. that's why goin for it.
