I was looking at your publication and it is somewhat confusing for me, you have a link to a pdf that does not open (error 522) and you have an attached file, that I could see and download. I don't know if you want to decrypt that file you attached or if you want to do something else. Regarding your file if it can be decrypted, take a random file (registrar.php) and puder some of its content. I do not offer that kind of service, as I mentioned earlier use a paid service to solve something personal. In your post they advised you to hire a freelancer in the marketplace section (I do not sell anything, nor do I intend to, nor can I do it) I think that would be the best option for you (in case what you want is to decrypt that file) ... another thing, the file you attached has more than 100 encrypted php files, that work is somewhat tedious and I don't think someone will do it for free unless they have time.
