i am student and have low budget to renew domain... i was checking domain transfer but it's still asking 10$ in namecheap... any more cheaper

Web.z.com and spaceship for 8$. They are good and reliable. Web.z.com s checkout is clunky though.

Namecheap has transfer weeks every month or two.
However
One.com has cheap transfers usually @ $6
assuming you have a .com

Agree that spaceship had a good transfer rate, they are sister company to namecheap.
