Please suggest a good CPM & popup adnetwork for site with 1700 UV/day

Hello friends, currently i have a non adult site which is getting 1700 unique visitors per day with 5000-6000 page views per day...
Please suggest me a Good CPM and popunder/popup nework which pays and has good eCPM rates.

I have tested adversal, reachjunction , ad4game & CPMStar but their eCPM rates are very low like 0.01-0.04 lol
Adsense not accept the site...

For popups i have tried popads , its good but for some reason it doesnt count all impressions

[Note: adnetworks plz dont self promote yourself here . I want honest opinions & that from people who have used the adnetworks & tested them already..]

Why popups when you can put adsense on it

Just a suggestion,
with 1700 UV/day I think you should be putting CPA/affiliate offers
or atleast collect Emails

It will be more productive than any CPM network you can use

I'm making 50 cents in Infolinks from 1k page views.

here is my honest review about infinityads . c-o-m ,
they are legit because they are the product of YesAdvertising, they paid me 22$, my site received a little low traffic and now i moved to some other IM methods so i stopped any advertising network.
they pay Net15, 5$ minimum payout through paypal & 50$ for check.

I recommend PopAds. Their popups only fire when a visitor clicks a link on your page - that's probably why they did not count all your visitors / impressions.
