The I Know Web website's header is WAYYYYYYYYY too big. Seriously, WAY too huge. I understand the effects of white space when it comes to websites, but holy effin' jesus that header is too big. There is also way too much text on the first page. Make use of some white space (in a good way) and maybe not list every single service you offer there on the front page.
As for the Rewind website, it's decent. Not too shabby. There's a problem with your menu though.. When you drop one of them down, it goes behind the video, so it's impossible to click those links from the home page. You should also keep the font sizes the same with the buttons on the right. One button has small text, the next has large text, the next has small text. It's too wonky. Make those buttons have equal size texts and it'll help that page out a lot. Not only that, the font family's aren't even close to aesthetic. At the bottom of the site, you've got Times New Roman, and all the other text is either Georgia, Arial or something else. Looking at your CSS file, you've got three different types of font families being used. Cut that down to 1. Nobody needs three different font family's unless it's in a header graphic. The text that actually goes on a page needs to be the same font throughout the entire website.
