You need to make you ad size a leader board and move it up to right below the banner.
 
The right side column is not loading correctly for me in Mozilla 3 but worked fine with IE.

maybe you can throw a clickbank product on there and review it for another stream of income-

I second zensiq's idea on adding a clickbank product.
 
I don't like the picture selection. The black guy with the dumbell looks out of place. Get some head shots (Women Models... smiling), should help out.
 
Looks pretty good, id maby get somebody to go over your text tho, i noticed quite a few spelling mistakes. Appart from that seems pretty good.
 
It look`s preety good, but you should put adsense above the fold, and blend them with your content. Update your blog, submit your articles and get some decent backlinks.
And one final thought You can`t make alot of money without money. take care
 
Remove the "About me" from the right panel,
as these kind of blogs are not the ones where you want to read about the author.
While you're at it, remove that WoW avatar as well, doesn't look too professional. ;)
