Please recommend a Hosting Provider

I am not doing anything illegal, but I do have 1 very large enemy with lots of $$$$$. I'm looking for a host that will allow me to be completely anonymous. Pay by VCC, my personal details locked or private, my IP address used to send emails safe, won't shut me down because of a complaint.

I also need recommendations for a high risk mechant account provider.
