Please name a few proxy sites with daily updates?

Hey,

I've read a few posts on the board listing a bunch of proxy sites, but many of the sites and text files are proxies from years back.

Can anyone name just a few good proxy sites that update daily?

i update 1k scrapebox everyday
twice a day.

1x list of 5 - 600 level1 anon
1x list of 3-400 level2 anon
1x list level3 transparent 1500

1x list uncommon socks 500
1x list common socks 1-300
1x list usa socks

everyday 5 days a week 5 yrs.
