Why do you guys keep on saying that?

Even when the OP is a Jr.VIP which means that he CAN post his "awesome tip/tutorial thread" in the private forum, but instead posted it into the public for everyone to read. Still, this stupid "Please Move This To The Jr.VIP Forum!" pops up like an acne everywhere.

And some people even has the balls to say that the OP is an "Attention Whore" that the only reason for it being posted is because nobody pays any attention to him/her in their house so that he fights for his recognition on the internet instead. Really? Really BHW? Is this what you've become?

Funny thing is, it's always the SAME people who post the "Please Move This To The Jr.VIP Forum!"

Yeah yeah, I know... Saturation right?

If all the thread that we see on the public forum is "Just bought Scrapebox... Please hold my hand and feed me" threads or "Scrapbox VS. Xrumer...Senuke...SICKSubmitter...Etc..." Then what's the point of BHW being unique than any other forum out there.

To be honest, one of the reasons why I come to this forum is to checkout if Micallef, Bobbylove and Buddy has posted a new thread. But don't get me wrong... I love BHW.

Just leave it to the MODS to decide if a thread is going into the precious VIP forum or not!

*The OP wishes to say that he is not implying that he is greater than anybody.

the thing is, EVERYONE is on bhw, including people that hate us, like google, facebook, CL, etc. mods move methods to jr.vip for the good of the method itself. it's not out of selfishness. if a method happens to be about an exploit that's very easily patched, then it's removed from the public area so that it's not patched within 2 days, which would then render the method itself completely useless.

the decision is simply: leave the method in the public section and watch it die in 2 days, or move it to jr.vip and prolong it for a while. it's got nothing to do with saturation or hiding it from other members.

Yes, I totally understand that, since the "How to get an EDU site" was released. Such sensitive matters should really be hidden. But all I'm saying is, this kinds of "move this to Jr.VIP Forum" posts are popping up even if the thread isn't that sensitive. And in some cases even bashing the OP for posting it on the public forum since he/she is a Jr.VIP.

Nah. I'm just saying, also, I'm not bitter because I don't get to see the "awesome-super-duper-seo-guru" threads. Also, if I'm not planning on becoming a Jr. VIP. if I ever pay for BHW, it'll for a Donor. Same price different title.

Anyway, since a mod has posted here with that kind of reply, I'm not going to further heat up this thread. I don't wanna get banned. If I get banned, I won't get to see Micallef and Bobbylove's PUBLIC THREADS anymore.

My post was lighthearted. No reason to stop posting in your thread. You did not insult anyone or break any forum rules that I can see.

so what stops Craig Newmark from joining and paying for JR VIP to see all the threads and then your point becomes useless.

I mean c'mon $97. Newmark has 20 mil at least.

    Just sayin........

He said it would "prolong it for a while", meaning that it reduces the risk of it being patched up straight away.

There are some "methods" that are best not to be shared with 100,000 members who will most likely f**k it up for everyone else anyway.

Good methods posted/moved to the jr.vip section are often moved to the exec-vip section.

@OP, do you remember vitavee's instant PR5 Do-follow method/thread? Same thing happens to all "golden" methods if it is not moved to jr.vip!

No, I don't, sorry. But even if I did, such thread will always be "patched" or "saturated" regardless of the life span of the method.

For me, the only threads that is worthy to be called "golden" are those experiment threads. Search Micalef's threads and you will find out, although I'm sure that you already knew about such threads.

To be honest bud, you are onto the right thing. The gems that get left in the general forum are, in my opinion, some of the best. I also read Micalef's linkwheel threads etc, and they gave out far more information for long term success then anything that got moved to Jnr VIP.

You have already cottoned onto it, but I will repeat it. The threads that get moved to Jnr VIP (Or further up), are more so one offs. Things that will work for now, but with the amount of abuse that a post in the general forum will give, it will be closed soon. But some of the best "test" or "journal" threads get left, and these are the ones that have real information. Not some one trick pony.

Also you have to know that people who contribute to the forum don't get there threads taken away never to be thanked again. The Admins/Mods/Execs remember these threads as the votes go in for Exec's. And in some cases an admin may upgrade you to Jnr VIP for free.

So is Jr VIP worth it? (obviously its worth to support a forums where you are reading and posting daily) but how many Jr vips are there? like 400? the methods posted there get saturated as well right

To quote you : "obviously its worth to support a forums where you are reading and posting daily"

That is all you should really be thinking about. Jnr Vip is a donation, not a purchase.

Yes, donation. It's the only way of saying thanks BHW. And once I get to a level when I can say that I am an established marketer. The first thing that I'm gonna do is donate for a "Donor" status.
