I don't know if this is the right spot for this or not, but I need advice so here it is anyway.

I just built and started an article writing services website. The average time spent on the website is 6 minutes, but I am not converting at all.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone and everyone would look at my website and offer any and all advice.

The website is http://www.website-content-articles.com/

I intend to offer many more services, and I want to change the color scheme in the future as I don't have the time to do it myself right now, and I don't have the money to have someone else do it for me.

I also intend on changing the overall copy as I want to approach people from a different angle than I currently do.

However, regardless of my future goals, right now I need to convert and make sales.

I am charging a minimum of $15 an article on the website, while here in the forum I am charging much less. But I see many websites starting at $25 an article, so I don't know that price is the problem.

We are working on samples to post on the website for people to read, and we know that would significantly improve things. But anyway, any and all advice is welcome and requested. Please look at it and let me know what we can do to improve our conversion rate from 0 to at least .0001% or something.

The website looks clean but in my opinion I think you might be using too many different colors. But then who the hell am I. My kids say I have no fashion sense anyway. Also you misspelled customer service. "custerom service" You may want to fix that if you are providing written content.

In checking your backlinks I'm seeing buzzfeed a LOT.. that's not necessarily a negative, but why so many from them?

I'm seeing 5 to 7 days turnaround (which seems long), then your first testimonial saying..

(Two and a half hours for five articles!)

that makes me wonder.

I don't mind the $15 price, that's what I charge but I'd think you need to give them something extra like a submission service or something. Most people who are ordering articles are basically lazy (which is okay) but that means once they get the articles, they still have to do something with them.

You speak of conversions, but what kind of traffic (eyeballs) are you getting to look at the site. How about builidng a list for specials, offering a free e-book on article marketing etc...
