Please Help!

After installing a tracking script on the pages of my site, I now can not get the html flash banner code to convert to PHP. The banner is on my download page. I have used several online programs to try to get the PHP code, but none of them are working. I am not sure what I am doing wrong.

Any & all (CONSTRUCTIVE) help is very much needed and appreciated.
