There's a few questions I'd like to ask:
- This is on a PC correct?
- How are your cables connected?
- Have you tried swapping any of the cables?
- Have you looked in the bios yet?
- What steps have you taken so far?

Is this an external drive or internal? From Screenshot_2 it looks like internal.
You need to connect both HD drives together.
Then you need create partitions by allocating space on that 450GB space.
