tweeps.net is worth nothing at all. First it is a .net, second it is only brand able if you make a product around it. I wouldn't take the domain for free. Sorry

Guys apprasials from automated systems are crap. A domain is worht what someone will pay OR a certain times the revenue it creates. Tweeps.net is suitable for someone who wants to build a platform for a twtitter product. So if someone truly has to have that name and that name only they they will pay what is in their budget. Otherwise the name really has no other potential. There have been other sales of domains that have your head scratching but again the buyer sees a plan and wants the name at any cost. That does not happen every day.
When it comes to value a domain name then the value is in the eyes of buyers, this is 100% true, but some automated domain name appraisal tools are also helpful for knowing overview of the cost of a domain name, and Estibot is really too good in terms of valuation.
Are you able to find any hand reg. domain name which Estibot valued over $10,000, I think no, this kind of domain names are already registered like, finance.com, business.com etc..
