Hi there people
I was just going through the code of my site and I found this at the very top.
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN
followed by two more lines of code.
I tried to do some research and I am not sure what to make of it. I definitely did not put it there. From what I understand, it is some sort of an intimator to search engines about the type of HTML code or something like that.
Should I remove it or just let it be?
Can somebody help please?
Thx
