    Hi!
I receive 50-10 emails per day in reply to ads I post for "help wanted" while looking for employees for a business I run. I want to turn these email replies into a cash stream, as well as a source of employees for my co.
    Does this sound workable?
Any recommendations RE: a 'pay-per-email address' company that pays $ reliably?
Thinking about putting a link in the ads that sends people to a 'contact info/interview request' form I would host where they would enter basic info including 'email' & 'verify email' fields. I would keep one email and send the other to the 'pay-per-lead/email' co. for $
Can this be done safely 2 earn cash? If so, how should it be coded?
What co. pays good $ reliably for such email address sign-ups?
Could I also put these emails into lists and sell them to someone who seeks lists of contact info for people looking for work?
What other methods could I use to turn this stream of email replies I receive into a cash stream?
The ads I place are SIMPLE with little info provided. I found the best response comes from a simple ad, as people did not reply to my ads when I gave all the info the needed to decide if they were interested. The simple ad draws the most replies as people seem eager to find work, they send me an email asking to know more about the job, and to set up interviews.
Do you think adding a link to the contact/interview set-up form mentioned above would decrease the number of replies I get?

    So, to sum it up:

    • what companies should I look at that pay good $ reliably for email addreses?
    • How should I set-up/code the contact-info form to achieve my goal?(safely sending the "verification' email address to the company that pays for it)
    • any thoughts on selling the compiled lists of emails to companies that pay for such lists (the people on the list are seeking work)?
    • Is this a good idea to pursue? Will it work?

ANY help, ideas, suggestions, info, code, etc that could be provided will be greatly appreciated! Please help this eager and hard-working newbie create success with my endeavors.

Thanking you all in advance for reading my post, and for any info/direction/assistance you are able to provide me.
    Thanks

    thanks for the link.
    I read the posts.
The only thing is, (and I know is may sound more 'legit' than blackhat, but I was hoping to find an angle that makes everyone happy (me, the person responding to my ads & the cpa co) without too much bullshit thrown into the game.
I understand that what I am aiming for is more like a legit, successful website with high traffic that converts .
It seems a shame to not do SOMETHING profitable with the almost 200 emails i get each day or so.
There simply must be a way to pull some cash from this stream and leave everyone that touches it feeling good about what just happened.
Hey, if I HAVE to screw people around, waist their time and lie to them to mack a few bucks, I may, and I'd like hear some good ways to do this.
My biggest question ethically is, "wouldn't using only deception make me no better a person the all the other scumbags that waste our time, efforts and money suckering us into shit that goes nowhere when we are trying to get somewhere or do something"?
Isn't stuff like this the reason why you have to wade through 10,000 google search results just to find ANYTHING useful online these days?

I really want to make some money here (in addition to finding the employees i need to make my business go)
I am looking not only for experience with this method, the code used to work it & the cpa affiliate co to use, but also for suggestions as to some angle or direction I could then adapt and use to make this work for everyone.

Think about it. Would'nt you be a happier person if you could use your skills and hard work to earn a bundle of cash regularly, and at the end of the day, actually BELIEVE that you have helped people somehow along the way?
    I know I would.
Hey, call me what you will.
I just feel that with all this talent here, there must be some folks who feel sort-of the same way.
    Please:
    re-read my post.
Think about what I am asking and saying.
Then, if you feel you can give me some advice, help, or even just want to tell me off, Then go ahead.
This is a big issue with me and I hope to move forward from here and
I want to hear from others who have struggled with this, or have gotten it resolved or even who just don't care and make he money without regrets.
-I know I need to make money.
-I know that there are ways to make it online.
-I am smart and capable enough to achieve success at what I set out to do when I desire it & I am willing to put in the work.

So help me out here and tell me what you think.
I always value the experience and insight of others.
    Thanks!

(ps: I know Ive gotten a little of topic, but these issues are so intertwined for me, I needed to express my position, as well as needing some help with this stuff. Thanks again :~)

I'm confused, people respond to your ads hoping for a job and you want to sell their emails (I assume without their permission) so how does it benefit them?
If you're thinking of selling email addresses why would you be so concerned about being 'legit' - unless you ave their permission to farm out the emails to whoever will pay you.

I am planning to interview them for the job i am offering (if they are interested). They can leave their details for consideration if later opening come available.
Then I ask if they care to receive offers and information related to employment. if they agree, they go on the list, if not, oh well.
not blackhat, but it doesn't leave me feeling like shit.
i guess to make any money i need to 'get over it' and do what ever needs doing to bring home some bank

no, I actually have a job for them. we need to hire approx 20 people, turnover is fairly high so people stay for a while, get paid and leave, but it is a real job. I just was looking 4 a way to profit from the hundreds of email I get.

you are actually doing something that people have been doing for years: recruiting. the real money to be made here is in what is called split placements... you would have to join a recruiter network, but basically they have jobs and you have candidates. you then split the fee paid by the hiring company.
there are also a number of resume aggregators out there, and some pay. there are laws that govern this stuff though, so cover all the bases.
