Please help my site has low serp

    Hello Guys,

    i have a social bookmarking & news sharing site my site got pr 4 within a month but my site serp is very low...

    my site have : 6600+ links as yahoo site explorer says

    Google indexed my pages within 30 minutes but not showing in serp...

    i want to know what's that problem?

    From what I can see, your domain has 1014 backlinks.

    Most of these links are from a few blogspot domains, presumably also owned by you?

    The anchor text on the links is "90cut". Google will know what keyword to give you a good rank for by looking at the anchor text.

    You do not have a poor SERP position, I looked and you are no.1 for "90cut", which is what your site is inadvertantly optimised for. If you want to rank for another keyword, start building links using that keyword as the anchor text.

    but my site has 1000 of news

    isn't it difficult to build links for every news?

    please help me...

    If you site has unique news or good content you will start getting traffic from long tail keywords without any backlinks. If you want to target big traffic you have to get backlinks with the anchor text (Keyword) you are targeting. So if you build backlinks for a few good keywords and more people find your site they will naturally link back to your smaller pages. Hope this helps.
