Yes, you can use an ein.
are u sure? so the column that need submit ssn will replace ssn or ein when i upgrade to business account?

You can use and EIN for ebay and paypal. They'll ask for a copy of your drivers license and utility bill and maybe something else. You can use photoshop if needed.

I'm positive. I have several paypal accounts and use only eins.
I wouldn't give those assholes my SS and all my business is set up as a business so I have to use an ein.
