It's "nothing new" filter. Google is just saying that your website doesn't offer anything new or valuable and the users won't miss anything even if they skip your site.
Why not just avoid showing it in serps? Google ranks it because your site has authority and the content matches the user intent, but hides it because it's similar to existing results.

Because Google filters out duplicate or very similar content, your website is partially hidden even though it is still indexed.
