So hey, I don't know if this is an issue or what, but I usually see refer as sandbox.paypal.com. I used it for testing in Woocommerce just to make sure everything is working as it should and it did. Now I disabled it because the site is live and working as it should.

I know that Paypal redirects you back to the page where you purchased goods from, but why does it says sandbox.paypal.com and not paypal.com? As far as I know, I disabled sandbox and checked it and it is not showing test sandbox site.

    Thank you in advance. :)

    Hello,

I might be able to help but I need to check it out. Can you PM the link of your site so I can try it myself and see if it's an issue for all or only for you?

    Regards,

Why would you need the link to my website? I am not trying to be rude, but that is kind of asking me my CC number :)

I can certainly understand. It's my bad, I shoudl have explained it in a better way. What I was trying to convey is that I am not sure why you are getting the redirection to "sandbox.paypal.com" and not "paypal.com".

If I try to order a product myeslf and still get the same link then it's surely an error in the setting in woocommerce, as I also have a site build on woocommerce and it works perfectly and "checkout" button redirects to "paypal.com" after I disabled the sandbox testing.

Sorry if this made you angry, I was just trying to understand better.

    Regards,

Nah, it did not make me mad, just a bit weird request.

I am 100% sure that my sandbox is disabled.

Perhaps the issue is because I use API access?

Show a screen shot of what is happening because sometimes things get reverted back original settings

Even when you disable the sandbox, your form has to point to the live paypal page. I don't know if this is a WooCommerce setting or in your code, but it sounds to me like your site is still pointing to the sandbox.

This is is how it looks from my perspective:
    Untdditled.jpg

I am not pointing to the sandbox as far as I know, it would say it is a test site?

Were you sent to paypal.com from your site? When you say you "disabled" Paypal, was that on your site? How are you seeing referrer? Because that would mean customers are going to the sandbox if the site is indeed live and it's not you with the referrer.

Yes, I was sent to paypal.com from the checkout.

Yes, I disabled it on my website.

I am seeing the referrer as I should now (paypal.com) but yesterday (19th of June) I had some traffic and I see sandbox.paypal.com as a referrer.

hmm that's weird. I suppose I would just scan the site for anything that could be pointing to the sandbox.

    Yeah I know :)

I've set up a debug logger so if somebody tries to order something, logger should log it.
