I got a message from my hosting provider which says:

    ----
This server was taken down weeks ago due to a U.S. Court Order. U.S. courts ruled
and demanded the server be taken offline. If you like I can give you the name and
contact info for the lawfirm that handles the case.
    ---

What should I do? Where should I buy a server which doesn't have such problem?

    Please help

    I got this:
    ---
We were served with a court order in March stating that this server is participating
in a botnet and we were required by U.S. law to take the server offline and to
provide any data from the server as well as any contact details about who was
    renting the server.

Looks like prank message. Maybe you just need to ignore it and see what will happen.

They should take down comcast too then, it's like the biggest botnet out there.
