Hi all, This is my first post and I have already posted this on another IM forum. I hope this is fine. My website banner maker website offers a free banner maker tool which lets you create banner graphics easliy via drag and drop. It is pretty similar to bannerfans or mybannermaker. Both mentioned websites have huge traffic (10k - 20k unique vistiors a day) and make a lot revenue via AdSense. I have only about 150 - 200 unique vistiors a day which is okay but not what I have expected when I launched the website. I have invested in SEO to get these numbers. I have underestimated the effort and thought it would be easy to get at least 1000 unique visitors a day. Well, now, as I don't think that I can monetize my website via AdSense in the near future or any other CPM networks my question for you is the following: How can I make money off my website? I had several scenarios for this, which I will mention here. But maybe you have other ideas or can guide me to a direction. These are the options: 1. Create a premium account for more functionalities, etc. This could work, but there are lots of other free banner maker sites available and I am not sure if this will bring in enough money. 2. Create a banner design service. This is already implemented, but nobody has ordered anything at the moment. I guess, when the prices would be lower, I could get maybe more customers, but this also means that the quality of banner designs would be lower. Modifying the page for more conversions would require more work. I was also thinking of adding design services for logos and websites. 3. Putting on ads from a CPA network. This has been also already accomplished. I have put some CPA ads from Commission Junction on there but I could only generate little money by subscriptions to logogarden. Is there any network which isn't complicated for a beginner, where I could get better conversions? I hope you can give me some suggestions. I am also interested in a partnership. I have programmed the whole website by myself, so I have a good IT background but a horrible business background. Thank you for your attention.
