Hi guys, so for the last 2 months I sell mix and master audio gigs..I have 100 gigs sold..level 1..100% positive feedback..0 cancelled gigs..all gigs have video that pass 1st time..today I randomly log on and 'my account has been disabled' I contact Fiverr who sent me a email saying 'my gig promoted third party or website'- it NEVER did. So i contact them as I had $300 in clearance and they say this:
We are unable to reinstate your account at this time.
Users who violate our Terms of Service and get their account permanently blocked can receive their revenues (if any) after a safety clearing period.
Please contact us again in 45 to 90 days. We will allow you to withdraw revenues you may have left in your account at that time, after an account verification process.
You can read more about our Terms of Service here:

If you ever told a customer to go to another website to see your work, like YouTube or something, that is why they hit you. That is what that phrase covers.

If you posted your url in a communication, please specify exactly in what form you did. It's unlikely it was in the direct message (Fiverr filters for that), so was it in a text attachment to the message? Or in the video? Or in a disguised form they could read? Or other way? The details would be helpful.

Hi guys. I never posted any URLs ever..the only link I advertised was in the video and fiverr.com but now i've just had this response from Fiverr:

    Hi ********,
Your account has been closed due to a 3rd party complaint related to your Gigs. The account will not be reinstated and we will be keeping the $328 in your account even though $80 of this cleared.
    Regards,
    Max

this is what i got now from fiverr- your account has been closed due to a 3rd party complaint related to your Gigs. The account will not be reinstated and we will be keeping the $328 in your account even though $80 of this cleared.
    Regards, Max Fiverr

^^ Max = idiot ..when i have done nothing wrong and i've worked hours on gigs because $5 in my country is alot this is so ridiculous! I am so upset rght now..i think i do all this work and work hard..and people scam others..and yet honest people like me with no negative feedback..no cancelled orders for 2 months get this? it's ridiculous! Fiverr is going down the toilet

he promoted his gig on pinterest or some other sites and they filed complaint to fiverr, and his account has been blocked...
That's the only reason i can figure out from here...

Normally, they do, but after reading the second message that they sent you, it looks like they have full intention on stealing your money.... never heard that one before, so far every guy that had his account closed managed to take his money after the clearing period. There is no reason for them to do that unless they suspect fraud, but all that message says is about some 3rd party complaint... Very weird

By looking at the OP s rep I'm not too sure about the amount of truth that has been written in this thread.

I've worked out exactly whats happened i think anyway..well originally when I contacted them they said blah blah i breached their TOS..so i went to my email where I had emails where they said 'i violated TOS by displaying a third party/link' they'd sent me this message for all my gigs..which was impossible. Then i contacted CS who gave me the bot response..breach of TOS..when i responded like the 5th time i think I got a human response from Max saying its due to a third party complaint relating to my gigs..then i checked who's now top on the fiverr ratings..and to my shock the guy who's top has made a video taking the piss out of me as his gig video..so basically my competition maliciously reported me, so they could earn more business..thats what i'm thinking anyway..because i know apart from that there was no way i could have breached the TOS
