Please help me. My pc has this folders (about 8 folders) on my drive D with the folder name that has letters and numbers on it. When I tried to delete it, it say the folder cannot be deleted because of this Eula.rtf. I tried using Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and Extermanate-It! but it seems they can't delete that stupid rtf file.

Does anyone has this problems in the past? How did you get rid of it?

Hello Sir, I did what you said but the folders are still there. I did use the "del /f" dos command to force delete the file but nothing happens. Do you have any other solutions to deleting that file and folder?
