Please Help!!! Facebook Started Removing/Deleting Posts On My Page Saying It Looks Like Spam

Hi, Just as said in the title.
Facebook all of a sudden started deleting lots of posts on my page saying it looks like spam. They even 'blocked' my domain. If I tried sharing in my page again from my site. That is sharing a blogpost, I'd a pop up saying can't download; Could not retrieve data from URL.

My method in posting to facebook is: Share a post on facebook then share to 3-4 groups I happen to member of. With this method I usually get about 100+ clicks on links per post back to my site. My page is 66k+ fans


Please I need all the help I can. any suggestion is highly welcomed..

UPDATE: They started deleting all my posts after March

when you post in the groups try just using the links only and not share them from your page

Anywhere I try posting my link anywhere at all... I get the same block notice

Your website has been blacklisted, don't post from it for a few months. Create a new website and share those links
