PLEASE HELP easy auto responder does not respond?

i have the easy auto responder and i have followed all the instructions on how to set everything up. i created my templates i got the pop mail with gmail working and pulling up my incoming msgs and everything but when i hit run in the status window it reads my emails but does not respond with the template i created. is there someway im supposed to load the tempelate after i created it or choose the template i want to use? because the videos dont explain this at all. what am i doing wrong?

Oh and before someone asks i set up the smtp accounts too and tested both the pop and smtp and all is well with those. so..............?
