Try the Avada theme. WooCommerce allows you to do what you want (guest checkout, quantity field, order notes, PayPal checkout) out of the box.

Well technically you can use any theme, as WooCommerce handles the ecommerce part.
And no, Avada is not free, but WooCommerce is
