I'm currently trying to rank a new domain for a amazon keyword. I have ranked the same niche before with bad content and it was easy. But now that the competition got better I want to do it right, and would love some input from others so I can be certain I havn't overlooked anything. So lets go: The website is for a amazon niche, its a authority site with plenty of products and niche related articles, front page sports about 1500 words. KW Density at 3.5% Articles: 5x 500 Word Articles + 3 Pictures Reviews: 7x 500 Word Articles + 7 Pictures + 1 Video Both are interlinked with eachother (not more than 2 links per article). SEO: (Currently at week 1) Week 1: Several paid press releases that will make it to google news Youtube videos of products with link in description + vagex views Week 2: Social signals: Tweets, Retweets, FB Shares and likes (around 50-100 per service) High PR manual blog comments on related content (around 20) 10 WEB 2.0 properties with unique articles (3x 500 per WEB 2.0) + Videos and pictures Lots of Pins on Pinterest Week 3: Wiki, SB, Senuke blast to unique WEB 2.0's Second Press release campaign Article submission to high PR networks 500 Bookmarks to money site Week 4 to Week 8: (DRIP) 2000 Web 2.0 submissions to inner pages and money site Big senuke campaign to web 2.0 5 new articles / reviews posted to website 2000 Bookmarks to money site After a long break from IM i am not sure if this is the right aproach, should I be doing something differently?
