Please Advice - Cheapest Options For Link Blasting

Hello All,

I want to build a Tier 2-3 link-building setup to blast links. What are some cheap and working options best for this? Either automatic social bookmarking, social shares, forum commenting, or anything.

I have seen many ads where people offer thousands of backlinks. That must be GSA (I guess); what would be the average cost of building that?

Along with the options, please mention any addons (if any) required to purchase separately.

I appreciate any help you can provide.
