Well, I found a bunch of threads saying how great these plugins are. However, what the hell/how the hell do you use them?

Secondly, if you use more than 1 SEO plugin, arent they conflicting each other?

Thirdly, what EXACTLY do they do?

It's pretty easy with WP. After you download and unzip the plugin package, upload the plugin folder via ftp into the /wp-content/plugins/ on your site. Then go into your dashboard and click the plugins icon, there you can activate your plugin. Now when you scroll down to the bottom of the pages/posts editor you will an extra section devoted to Platinum SEO for example. In there you can change the page/posts meta tag title, description, keyword, etc... as well as some other SEO tweaks. There's a lot more to SEO then that, but that's the basics of that plugin.

I only use 1 SEO plugin, Platinum seo and not All In 1. Don't use both.
