Planning on niche content writing services - how to protect myself against disputes?

I'm considering starting a full fledged content writing service. I've been freelancing and doing a bit of writing here and there. I'm planning on expanding my service and as part of the research, i'm particularly concerned about how to protect myself against scamming clients (the ones who take the article and then file a paypal dispute).

    1. Would requiring the client to accept the TOS while placing an order be sufficient and will it hold ground during Paypal dispute?
    2. I am actually thinking of having clients to physically sign and scan the agreement, but this makes sense only in case of high value orders. Will implementing this for regular orders (say below $50) make any sense?
    3. How does Fiverr deal with disputes? Has anyone filed a PP dispute with Fiverr? If yes, how do they deal with it.

Thanks in advance for your replies.

charge upfront,... if your services are good... people will pay advance...

or you can use escrow for payment processing......

Of course, I will be charging upfront. But the question is what if after getting the article they claim a dispute for a refund.

keep a spare paypal account....as no matter if u have a all the docs... if some one files a dispute than ur pay pal account will go limited..though putting a no refund policy on your website will solve the case.... :) make sells from a website!
