Belgrade i famous for its wild night life... famous "splavove" on ada island are most famous. Also Stefan Brown is famous too.. And also live performance in almost every restaurant called "kafana" there. And a lot of hot girls so do not take your divorce papers with you on this trip...

you should try Backpool in the UK.. stand at the top of the tower long enough and you can do all the sky diving you want..

If you want to have fun, try Skadarlija, that's an old street with many restaurants with old romantic music, violins, guitars, that kind of shit.
For nightlife, cross the Danube river and you'll be in New Belgrade, along the bank you'll find plenty of floating cafes and dancing clubs, girls are ready to party you just need to ask.
If you want to try skydiving, there are several parachute schools which offer a tandem jump, where you jump holding to an instructor, try contacting them and book the jump

These guys only have the phone numbers, you can skype them or ask a question on their facebook group.

The price is about 150-200$ for a jump.
Edit-scratch that part about partying with the girls, I've just seen you're coming with your wife. Unless you two like that kind of fun. I'm not judging or anything.

belgrade is beautiful. you have to see the main street, Knez Mihaljova, the belgrade fortress, and the churches around the city. also, going out at night to the city center and having dinner/drinks is really fun. everyone goes out on the weekends and its really interesting to see everyone out and about in the center, something that doesn't really happen in the us.

There are many things to do in Belgrade during summer time. Apart from the regular stuff mentioned above you can see hidden gems in the city:

Restaurant Karuzo opposite Hotel Moscow. It's a rooftop restaurant with view of New Belgrade. (Best place to have a view of Belgrade during Summer time)

Fat Cat Pub in zemun gardos (tower). You will see whole city from this pub. But it's a bit far from city center though regular buses go every 5 mins and it will take 30 mins to reach there.

There is a World Travellers Club opposite Optimist Club near skadarlija/skadarska (sometimes local call this)

Apt no 6 in prizrenska street near Hotel Moscow. It's an open art gallery/cafe where the paintings changes every month

Kosavska 23. A hidden apartment bar.

You should check this website www.stillinbelgrade.com for some nice information.

Beware of the splavs. Sometimes in summer there are tiffs on the splavs. I have seen it first hand.

Never travel without a ticket in these city buses. The controller are fucking horrible. There are viral videos of them beating general public. Always buy a ticket in the bus.

Generally Belgrade is safe city so you will enjoy your time here. If you need more info contact me via pm. I will be back in Belgrade during that time and being a foreigner I could give you some nice handy tips of how not to get ripped off here :D

Nice one about Caruso, I didn't know about it, I'm trying it as soon as the weather gets nicer. About those public transportation controllers, they act like tough guys when they deal with old and weak persons, I just tell them to piss off, they never dare to reply.

Yeah, I also never had problem with these ticket controller but I have heard they irritate quite a lot to those who do not speak Serbian. @OP there is one more domestic restaurant on the terrace of a building opposite Belgrade fair. Though I don't remember the name right now I will write it for you once I go there these days.

You should also explore the area called Sava Mala near the city center. They have very cool bars with a charm. They are actually better for you than splavs as you are with your wife.

Yeah, that's like a hipster area now with cafes and clubs. It is now in kind of a pre-BelgradeWaterfront period, with all the old buildings, grey facades and that 1930 kind of feeling ...When/If they finish Belgrade Waterfront this is going to be THE place to see in Belgrade.

But OP, whatever you do do not forget to go to Kalemegdan (you can't miss it anyways, and I am sure you will end up few times there, cause you said you will stay 15 days). If you're tourist it might be a bit boring to stay 15 days in Belgrade if you don't have locals with you.

    Some other places to visit

Valley of the Hungry - Fast food street, everything from Asian to Kebab and Pizza. Located in New Belgrade close to Hotel Yugoslavia
Silicone Valley- Used to be THE place to go for almost 20 years. Street is filled with cafes, bars and clubs. It got it's name (Silicone) after the tits and lips filled with Silicone. Lots of hot girls there. It is close to city center, you can't miss it.

Other guys are talking about public transportation but if you stay in the center you won't need transportation that much and if you;re not on a shoe string budget just use taxi (be careful with Taxi if you're taking it from Airport to city, other than that it is OK)

Splav Amsterdam , on the Danube in front of Hotel Yugoslavia (and , parties start after midnight, during the day it is a restaurant on the water. Food is good, the view is great. You also have casino there (http://www.grandcasinobeograd.rs/ ) and a lot of other Splav's

If you wanna have a lunch or a dinner on Sava river you can go to Corso ( https://foursquare.com/v/corso/520a861f11d2c854b75df323 ) or Kota, next to Corso. Nice food.

If you wanna party go to Gaucosi club, but you need a reservation.
