It seems like almost all of offers on OfferVault say Email traffic only. I have a MNS in a niche where I see the email leads pay like 30x the adsense payout but I don't have a list yet. I was thinking I'd put up banners for these offers instead of adsense but I can't seem to find any that do that.

Can anyone recommend some other search engines I can use to find CPA offers for websites and not just email traffic?

Hmm, none of those sites list these offers or related ones. I guess its still too new. Frustrating. I guess I'm gonna need to build a list... I don't know if its worth it though, because the 3 networks carrying the email lead offers don't get the best reviews around here... payout is almost $300 a lead and I am going to own the keyword soon, but it doesnt lend itself to building a list very easily.

Offerinspector has the campaign search feature. I would post the website but triggers the rules.

Affiliate Paying, Offerbuzz, and Tracking202 all use "Offers202", which gets it's feed delivered from OfferVault.
IMO Odigger and OfferVault are the only two worth visiting.

@OP, if you see that your traffic method isn't listed under an offer, contact an AM there. 80% of the time if you can provide quality leads then they will accept your traffic type.
