Dammit, about 2-days ago there's this customer who bought my Clickbank product. She first said she couldn't download my product from my "Thank You page".. and she opened a ticket and asked for a refund. Of course, I tried to assist her by helping her problem. But she did not reply at all. So I just e-mailed her with my materials attached, and yet she did not reply. I even attached a free ebook as a compensation for it. Then she manage to download it and then she started complaining that she can't view the document. She said all she sees is boxes of rectangles and boxes. And I did ask this question in BHW for help. Of course, I tried to assist her further by trying to find the solution online.. then I e-mailed her asking if she is using a Mac or PC. She finally replied me after hours of waiting that she is using Mac. I later found out that Mac compters doesn't have the "Times New Roman" font installed by default. My document is written with Times New Roman... Unfortunately, it was hours before my school starts so I have no choice but to reply at a later time (and yes, my school network admin blocked multiple ports therefore I can't access my webhost). When I reached home, I immediately edit my whole document and change it to Arial font which is viewable in Mac. I changed everything and e-mailed back her confidently and proudly that the problem was definitely solved. And just this morning when I woke up for school, she e-mail me with a fucked-up subject. Subject: Not Satisfied Body: You can't even solve my problem, I want a refund immediately to my paypal. I know customers are right most of the time, but after assisting her so much and I got that fucked-up e-mail... I was so pissed. Of course, I did refund her the money. But I'm seriously pissed about that. Not over the money... rather by that reply. Anyone ever encounter such fucked-up customers?
