It depends. If its women related Pinterest is the way to go.

Depending upon how much time one has invested to understand the working of these platforms. With more time invested, one gathers more proficiency.

The problem with Facebook is that they reduced the organic reach of Facebook pages so much that it's now close to zero... and they have also applied many filters to group posting.
