Pinterest seems to hate me for unfollowing people. I've nicely edited my css to make this easy, but quickly unfollowing people usually results in only unfollowing 50-90% of them. What happens is, you click on unfollow and proceed to the next button and pinterest put you right back on following those people you already clicked on to unfollow. It's fucking annoying. Is this some algorith to prevent accounts unfollowing people? Probably. Anyone noticed this as well? I'm not botting, doing it manual to get myself familiar with pinterest and culture and users.

I wonder if un-followed algo-refollowed users get notified when you unfollow them and pinterest puts you back on following them. If so, it sounds risky. Hey, this dude followed me 1-7 days ago and now wtf, again? Hm.. I love pining images of flags and how about that flag button? Mkay..

I've been doing it for atleast 6 months so I dont think there's any risk losing your account by unfollow-follow people.

Most days I manually follow 100-150 people and un-follow about the same amount and I haven't had any problems so far.

Thanks. Doing stuff manually, I keep hitting their blocks. Very annoying. Plus, their javascript interface freaks me out. I'm terrified of a ban, it's a brand account. Plus, it's buggy as hell. Plus, hiding your browser's referrer breaks pinterest. It's also a safety measure I think.

You never test out things on your main Account if your scared something could happen Pinterest Rule Number 1.
At the end you just end getting frustrated.
Make a new one and push the limits.
And a bot makes unfollowing also more easy.

There is no such things as a refollowed notification.
But it happens that when you follow smaller accounts with a low number of follower.
They can notice it because they don't get a follower that often.
