pinterest daily follow limit?

i am currently managing my pinterest with 469 followers and my follow/unfollow limit for pinners is 700-1000/day. Is this safe? what would you suggest guys

This is very safe, I've been doing 1400 a day with no problems or even temp bans.

I've used to do with 1000+ daily but nothing happen. I think that's safe.
