Pinterest account with 2.8 million followers got blocked!

    Hi there, A week ago i got an email from Pinterest that they have suspended my account with 2.7 million followers for breaching their TOS. They gave me a link to appeal the decision within 7 days. I tried to follow the link but that never worked. It was a broken link. Secondly i tried to contact them through the help center but no real person will look into my case. I get the same robotic reply every single time. I have tried to contact them more than 10 times and now i am not able to contact them anymore with my original email id. So the question is did someone else face such a problem? Or is there someone who can help me in getting back my account? It has been a worse one week for me cuz i can't get in touch with them. Please if anyone has some experience with it help me. Thank you.

    If they dont respond to your e-mails the best solution would be to call their customer service phone number, but if you broke their TOS you better have a good explanantion (also if your account is a female account and you are a man and you talk to them on the phone they will be suspicious and ask questions you better be prepared)

    Ouch, that hurts. Did they say what part of the TOS or do you have an idea how it was breached? I had 2 accounts suspended and reinstated simply by contacting support. But they're nowhere as big as yours. I don't know if that's a factor.

    wow 2.7 mill !! You need call them directly and be prepared for any question.

    Het OP,
    there are two automatic replies that Pinterest sends over when you open a case with them.
    Make sure you respond to the original e-mail thread, even speaking with robo for the first couple of e-mails. On the third e-mail there should be a real person, who will look at your account and send you a response.
